Does it cost me anything to work with SynergisticIT?
All our candidates undergo an initial screening, after which we determine if they need further skill enhancement for a job. If you are technically skilled and experienced as required by the clients, you don’t need to pay anything, and we will start marketing your skills right away.
In most instances, we want to ensure that we only present good technical candidates to our clients, so we prefer our candidates to go through a skill enhancement program to meet the client’s expectations. Also, it helps our candidates secure better job opportunities. When training is needed, then it will be at a cost. We provide flexible payment plans to make our training more affordable to everyone.
Before the commencement of the training, candidates need to pay $10K upfront and the rest $26K in installments over 2 years after getting a job that pays $81K per year or higher. The total investment will be $36K, wherein repayments for the remainder of $26K will not start until candidates get employed and earn $81K per year or higher. The $81k minimum salary threshold is the industry’s highest. In certain exceptional cases, if you already have technical skills and the required experience needed by the clients, then we will place you as a client on our W2; we might be able to offer a salary and waive the training cost. (This is mostly for experienced candidates).

When on assignment, who is my employer?
SynergisticIT’s marketing partners would be your employer; otherwise, if you source a full-time or contract job after training, then the respective employer would be the one offering you the job.
I do not want training. Can SynergisticIT directly place me on a project?
If we have a requirement that matches your skills and experience, we could. Due to the Covid-19 situation, there is a huge influx of candidates in the job market, so we suggest upgrading your skills as per the requirement of clients, and for that specific reason, skill enhancement might be needed. Candidates should ask themselves a simple question: if they had all the technical skills and experience, would they still be unemployed? Most of the time, candidates are unemployed due to their lack of technical skills, knowledge, and experience, which employers need.
Would SynergisticIT assist me if I have technical questions or problems while I am on a project?
Yes, for the duration you are working with us at one of our clients, you will be provided remote assistance in understanding the project and the code.

I am an OPT candidate. Why should I Join SynergisticIT?
OPT Students must maintain work status by finding a job in their field. SynergisticIT helps OPT candidates become technically competent to ensure employment. We advise candidates not to waste time interviewing without the right skills, as being unemployed can result in losing approximately $7,000 a month in potential earnings and risks work authorization.
What kind of background or skills do I need in order to get placed or trained with SynergisticIT?
You would need to have an MS or BS in Computer Science/Information Systems or a similar degree. Prior programming experience in school, college, or previous projects is preferred.
